when shaving make an inverted "v" 1/3 down front and back of the ear.

If you use tape I found that masking and painters tape 1" worked the best and took far less hair of the babies ears.

The glueing works but the paper tends to curl in a day or two so they have to be replaced more often than taping. I use fabric glue and tend to use both methods.

I use tape from the beginning, as they begin to stand I will use the glue for a bit...then if they fall I go back to tape.

The main thing is to be consistant! if one falls and they other stays up then tape the one falling only.
