Some of you might have read this already ...But I have to VENT..
My regular groomer is retiring and I tried a new groomer. Many said she was good and nice..
Well she cut off the tip of my babies ear.
So much that the bleeding would not stop and she had to call the vet..
You can see the cut off ear.. If I wanted to show her.. I can't now..
My Baby is OK but, she is very scared off anything like a brush..etc... I have to start all over again to get her un-scared of grooming..
But here is the real BEEF...
She did not call me and she charged me...full service... My husband picked her up ..If it was me I would not have paid her..
I want to get my money back and tell her a thing or two.. But my husband wants me to let it go...forget it.. SHOULD I ??
I do understand that dogs move and things happened..
But she should have called me and not charged me a thing.. she didn't even tell my husband she was sorry..OR ME..
SHE SAID.."That was the first time she cut a dog"
I do not believe that
SHOULD I LET IT GO??? It has been a week now..
