Welcome, Val, Molly, Tyler and Toby!! What a sweet girl your Molly is! The ears are sooo cute ... if you do want them to stand you can always get them trimmed and if you don't like it, the hair will grow back! The floppies are so cute, I think it's just a matter of choice ... "to trim or not to trim" ... believe me it will not affect your love for that baby at all!!
