for those of you unfamiliar with "Bull Baiting", the two legged predator will snatch small dogs/cats and hang them with fishing poles for "fighting" pit bulls to kill (practice?????????!!!!). I live in North Carolina and this goes on all over the country........

Oh I never let mine go out when I'm not here, I close the inside door. I'd be too afraid that they might somehow get out of the fence.
