I know, it was confusing. At first it was ddl to submit of 10/23 and we vote, then it was extended to 10/31 with YT staff voting. Last night I found a post about voting, which was odd, because you had until midnight to both post your entry and vote. I ended up voting before all the enteries were posted and it would have made a difference in my vote.
Oh well, it's all in fun anyway.
