I had to buy a new digital camera that is faster at taking pictures. My new camera lets me hold down the button halfway to focus and get the picture well into view then when Im ready I just push the button all the way down and it immediately take the picture- this has been a huge help! Still sometimes my girls manage to blink or move thier head before the picture takes
Also have a treat in your hand and have them look at it when you are takign the picture and then of course give them the treat as a reward after taking the pics. This is what works best for me.
