We got ours from petsmart it's called petsafe. It's not really that heavy. It took Mollie a few days to start going in and out when we first got it, Wyatt went out immediately. All I had to do was hold a treat on the other side.
Now they both go in and out no problems at all.
Ours is up to 10 or 12 lbs I think sorry, I can't remember.
