We don't observe the change here. Sometimes I wish we did. It's weird because I used to be able to call my mom (who lives in the Pacific time zone) on my way home from work, and she's be on her way home too. But now when I want to call her she's still working - so we don't to chat.
Same goes for my aunt who I would call on my way IN to work - but now she's probably still sleeping!
