My Gus is almost 2 now and he has always had somewhat dry hair, the past 6months his hair is clumping (matting horribly) and his skin is so dry it peels some times. I have taken him to the vet, they gave him prednisone for itching, helped his itching some but his hair mats up almost quicker than we can brush it out. I have changed his food trying to come up with something that will work. He has had allergy shots but not helping at all. They have given us expensive shampoo's ..............nothing is working!
Does anyone have any idea on how I can help gus before he is bald!!!!
