Many many people are odsessed with the size, Just read some of the threads on here. they get upset if the dog ends up at 7 pounds, they wanted a 3 pounder.

Besides health, size is a big factor. Most people can deal with the cottony coats and big ears etc, but they get very upset over the size issue.
if a person is a loving good owner then they would never get rid of the dog if it was bigger than breed standard and if they did they should never of been sold the pup in the first place and dont deserve to have one. if the new owners are told the size of the mother and father so they no the pup could be big then its up to them if they get it or not. i dont think anyone should breed without having buyers all ready lined up and checked out no matter what size they think the pups might be.
