Glad she's doing better. You really need to get her on better food. The foods you mentioned are not good, especially for a pregnant, nursing mom. Cesar canned is very poor quality, Purina is also and never give ham, hotdogs, bologna, etc. If you have to tempt her to eat boil chicken and serve with cooked white rice, you can also add some cottage cheese and boiled egg. Several (4 per day) small meals are best at this point since there isn't much room in her tummy.
She should have been on a puppy formula for her pregnancy and while nursing. When looking for a quality dog food, look for a food that has no meat by-products, no corn, and meat as the first ingredient. They're not sold at grocery stores or department stores, go to a petstore. Make sure you start the puppies out right with a good quality food. They start eating a gruel of pulverized dry and water about 4 weeks old.
