I have a BEAUTIFUL pink and black Louis Dog Carrier for Sale. It is BRAND NEW and never been used -- in excellent condition. I bought this bag to use for my little Katie when we travelled to visit my in-laws but she passed away before she ever got a chance to use it.
It's AIRLINE approved. It has handles to carry as a tote but also a shoulder strap (which is great in case you've got your hands full). It also has a really nice thick pad inside for extra comfort.
