I put clothes on my 8-week old - and he could have cared less.
Sounds like your little guy really just doesn't like to wear clothes. I know some dogs dislike wearing clothes more than others.
If you're going to have him wear clothes - try having him wear things that are very easy to get on, loose, and comfortable. May help!
