I only have 4 periods a year as well. My husband has had a vasectomy so definitely no more kids and, I've never been regular so, my dr put me on Provera and she told me as long as I have a period 4 times a year I could decide when to have them. I'm on one of the now. Talk about heavy. I've been extremely heavy since Sat. Tampons and pads both. Changing tampons at least every 2 hours and pads about every 3 - 4 hours. Sorry don't mean to get so gross.
I absolutely love it.
