I think i have the carseat your talkin about, at first I really didnt understand how to put it on either.. The first strap goes around the carseat, then the second around the head rest, and the last strap also goes on the head rest but a little higher then the second strap..I dont know if im makin sense, i had to look at the picture on the box a few times...And the straps hold very well if fasten tightly. I love it and so does rocky!
