  Good luck Gina, I know you can do it!!!!  Go buy commit lozenges at walmart. I have been smokefree 3 years in August. They really help. Another thing is the urge only last a few minutes,so when it hits you stay busy. Brush your teeth every time you have a urge. That seemeed to help me. In a week you will be smelling smokers (IF NOT ALREADY) and asking yourself... how did I walked around smelling like that!
