I think your baby's already off that chart. Try this, weigh him at 12 weeks and multiply that weight x2. This seems to get pretty close though the males will come in at a little more. One of my litter started at 5oz. was 3 lbs. at 8 weeks, 4 lbs. at 12 weeks, and at 4 mon. is 6 lbs. (my neighbor owns her now). She'll be close to 9 lbs. grown and is gorgeous! My first yorkie weighed in at 12.5 grown and he was the best! I even know someone who has a 20 lber, you never know!
