 House Training....
we got Maddie about 4 months ago she is 5 yrs old her owners kept her in a crate they worked she came home at noon let her out and then at 5 she was out for a few hours. sat and sunday they let her out when they were home. they said she is house trained but...... she pees and poops on the carpets we take her out she holds it till we let her in and does her job or goes outside then 20 mins later does it in the house. we tried treats we tried crate trainin. but nothing works she won't go on pads or in litter. she is very protective of hubby if we hold hands on sofa she comes in between us jumps my cat (doesn't hurt him) if he goes near hubby. as soon as she pees or poops in the house she runs to her cage. there r no signs when she needs to go. if we find it we say maddie and she runs in her cage. we need to find a way to train her. btw had her checked by vet no problems with her. HELP US PLEASE!!! |
