Thanks for the reply. I guess I just kept seeing them as babies and wanted to keep them that way. My mom raised dogs for 20 years and keeps telling me they are only dogs(I think she says that so I wont be so hurt when we have to sell them) and know what is best. I called her after I posted and she said what you did. Imagine that.....This is our first litter and have had a very enjoyable first time. Birdie is such a good mom. Dad wont have anything to do with them and we laugh when he runs from them.
