Each dog will react a different way. While a "smidge" of garlic can be toxic to some dogs, it may not effect others at all. While a "smidge" of chocolate may kill one dog, it may not bother others. No one person can say that ALL dogs will have the same reaction...just as no two child will react the same way to something.
