My male Yorkie Riley was potty trained in 2 weeks.
We litter box trained him so for 2 straight weeks we sat in the kitchen where his box is and played with him in the kitchen. If he went into any other room it was on our laps or in our arms. Any time he attempted to go to the bathroom, we put him in his box. He got the idea after 2 weeks of kitchen duty.
Riley is neutered and the only thing he has ever been interested in humping before or after neutering is this stuffed dog I have. Maybe you should get your male something like that where it's ok to hump the toy but not you. Ya know? RIley used to hump this toy ALL THE TIME before neutering, but afterwards, he doesn't seem to do it so much anymore. Good luck with your new puppy when you get it. Yorkies are great!
