I would hope that any one buying a pup would be looking to extend their family!!! This sounds like the puppy is just an item and has no feelings! Of course you are saving a pup and also getting a little buddy that will love you for life! I don't think buying at a pet store is the best way to go.. but if some one falls in love with a pup and wants to save it they should... there are two ways of looking at this, but remember that the pups in those pet stores have feeling, and have love to give and NEED LOVE TO THRIVE!!!!! This is not ONLY about the money... There are little sweet lives at stake.
