i started training my boston sampson at 12 weeks when i got him, but his breeder was also training him to do some things as well. really i think puppies can start training very early, just my opinion but repetative behavior from you will teach them, they remember and the earlier you inforce good behavior the easier it will be. cosistancy and patience is a key. i started training our yorkie max at 15 weeks when we got him but once again the breeder was working with him. max could already "dance" when he got to us and "high five" and sometimes sit. now he has sit down pat! id say start now, the sooner the better. always give alot of praise!!! i reward both of my dogs with a special treat that they only get when being trained. good luck!!
