I really do just think Rusty is lonely........your family looks like a fun family......I bet there is never a dull moment at your house......Your sweet "young teen" is probably a lot of fun to be around....they never slow down long enough to be boring...that is for sure...
And he feels like he just fits in.......and you let him......which is great
