This is going to be something you decide for yourself. My honest opinion is that there is something wrong with the puppy that she just isn't telling you. I could be wrong, but why wouldn't she ask for the same amount that she has into her.
I think that your dogs will probably be fine with her. We had a lab when we first got Roxi, and they got along great. Daisy was over 50 lb and Roxi was only 2.
