Hi Jules & Jackson and welcome to YT!!!!

Just a thought, but when I got Sissy at 13 weeks, the first thing we did was get a vet check-up with a vaccine and her intra-nasal bordatella. She promptly then came down with kennel cough, which is a reaction to the intra-nasal version.

In my experience, she got sick the very next day after the bordatella. I don't think kennel cough has a long incubation period, but I could be wrong.....
