I agree with most of it. The only thing I don't agree with it the liscense fees, the fees are way too high and if this bill went it to effect there would be very few breeders, even the good breeders would be put out of business. But I do agree with keeping it clean, spending atleast 2 hours with your dog, all sick animals must be under a vet's care and housed separately, etc. If the changed the fee amount to a reasonable fee, then I would love to see this bill passed and I think it would put alot of the puppymills out of business!! |
