Well I just got back from the vet (a different one from the first visit) and he confirmed that it's a false pregnancy.
We're a little sad, but a little relieved as well because I was afraid for the puppies' health if she wasn't showing and the vet also said she didn't have enough milk to nurse them if she did have some. But thank you all for your help! I will definitely be using this site often!!
