Something that really bothers me, not just about this situation but some people in general. When it's time for someone to BUY a dog, the seller is so on top of the messages, e-mails and calls. When something goes wrong, the sellers are quick to say they were busy or didn't check their e-mail. That's a shame that when something goes wrong suddenly the breeder is busy
which is when they should care the most.
