i'm from klang, and i got tara from a klang breeder as well.... and he breeds only toy dog and medium size doggies, and he is a very responsible breeder as well
i'm glad i found him cuz whenever i have problem with tara he will advice me unlike some other breeder.... so 2 thumbs up for him
