This morning playing with Buddy I felt a lump in the middle of his head!
I got my glasses ( the ones he chewed the other night) and put him under
the lamp. Oh my goddness, A TICK!
I use frontline plus every month. The tick was buried having breakfast off my Bud. I removed it with tweesers and applied neosporen to the open sore.
I called the # on frontline and got an operator who asked me what kind of tick it was? Do I know! She said some ticks will not die from the medication only certain ones will. She also suggested I take it to the vet and have it tested to see if it was one that should have died! Who's paying for that bill? I was very unhappy with the outcome from frontline.
Anyone else use something else that actually works? Thanks in advance.
