I have one. You should be careful, as the cord could cause harm to you or to your pup. I only use mine when I have Gracie in a big grassy area and want to let her have enough freedom to run. I don't think it works well for training, or in situations where you may need to gain instant control of your baby. I also had it get tangled up with another dog's retractable leash. It was not fun!
