Here's another quick and easy fix with ground burger:
1 pound ground burger
1 box Velveeta Shell's & Cheese (any brand will do as long as it's NOT powder cheese in the box, must be the creamy cheese)
2 cups water
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup ketchup
Brown burger and drain. Add water, milk, and ketchup to burger and stir in the shells from the box. Cook over medium heat for about 10-12 minutes til shells are done. Remove from heat, stir in the cheese and serve

For a little spice, you can add a can of rotel tomatoes instead of the ketchup. This is like making a hamburger helper meal - but it tastes better (at least to me it does).
