sauerkraut pie cook up some hamburger and make mashed potatoes. put a layer of sauerkraut in a casserole dish put the hamburger over the sauerkraut, layer of corn and then put the mashed potatoes on top of that put grated cheese on top. bake in the oven at 350 until the cheese is melted.
