It's submissive urination and it took my Emilee 2 years to quit doing it and once in a great while...will do this. I wasn't able to find any help except to ignore her, put her in another room, hold her while they pet her...etc. Wish I could help you.....wish I could've been helped more. I think more than anything, she just outgrew it.
