I'd confine her to a smaller area, and not let her have run of the house.

Take them out about 1 time every hour at first. Venus got the "potty for a treat" really fast. Now she is always looking at me, making sure I see her go, and have a treat ready.

Have you thought of using pee pee pads? I do both outside, and pee pads.

Venus is 4-1/2 months old, and I'm still working with her. But I've heard of many folks here with much older yorkies, that are teaching (and yes, dogs learing) potty training at more than 2 years old.

I looked in this section, and got a lot of great info on potty training. Every post about potty training, I read!!

I know praise, praise, praise and treat has really worked for me. That and keeping her in a much smaller area, like x-pen set up in the busiest room in the house, and putting her bedding and toys at one end, and a pee pad at the other end.
