There is no reason to keep the dog overnight. My vets always use iso for the toy dogs, for surgries and teeth cleanings. The dogs wake up with the Iso much faster. I will not allow my dogs to be kept overnight unless there will be someone in the office all night. what if something happens when no one is there? If they are at home you can watch and care for them.
