The first thing I noticed when checking the website for ingredients is - not recommended for dogs under 11 pounds - 1 per day for dogs 11 pounds - 25 pounds so that makes me think there is more than just food in there (calcium for one) if they give dosage requirements.
The next thing I notice is the preservatives are known to cause cancer - BHA and BHT (Ethoxyquin is the worst, but why don't they use natural preservatives like Vitamin E).
I wouldn't feel good about giving them to my dog, especially on a daily basis.
