yes i don't get it but i have seen such things on animal planet also where they go to a hoarders house and take the dogs but agree to let them keep some they also keep checking on them to make sure they get no more or so they say but those hoarders have some mental problems and they try to council and help them understand what's wrong about it they are trying to help people and animals but personally i think 4 or 5 is to many maybe possibly one but really it shouldn't be any at all. poor animals
