I personally had this Problem about 8 months ago.... I had an inactive paypal account attached to my ebay account and it populated into my auction... it was a 300.00 auction too... I was pissed... But I was able to get into my account... he really can't remember his information??? Its possible when the information was entered there was a typo, and the information is not matching up due to a clerical error on their end
Do you have any documents showing the old address???
Or can your buyer file a claim that they never received the item and be refunded?? You don't have to send it cause you were never paid... ??? And paypal protects the buyer and would refund him or her... Or in Most cases will... Is it a large amount??
