After my Molly's ears stood up, one ear went back down for a couple of weeks but it did go back up. After I thought about it, it was right after her second set of shots. She just had her third round and so far so good. She goes this afternoon for her rabies and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we don't have any problems of any kind. I've also heard they can go up and down when they are teething. I would massage them a lot.
