So yes, we here at YT are a family beyond the computer and if one of our "seasoned" long-standing members posts a problem, we would naturally believe her over someone we have never met or even heard of and especially someone with only a few posts. I am not at all trying to be argumentative, I'm just trying to explain why we react the way we do when our friends post a terrible situation that they're going through.
