Well the money went through but we can't get into the account because if has been inactive for sooo long.  We called paypal numerous times and they saY HE ISN'T ANSWERING THE SECRET QUESTIONS RIGHT. How could that be, the questions are the last 4 digits of your DNL and your mothers maiden name. Do then they ask us to fax recent document and the address must match the address on the account.  well we moved from there over a year ago. Has anyone had this proble? That seems a little odd. They won't refund the money to the seller? Then you could give the seller your email address for your paypal account. Worth a shot. That really sucks. If they won't do that, I'd ask to speak to their supervisor. There has to be something you can do to prove it's you. Maybe DMV could print something out showing that you changed your address with both your old and new address? Then send a recent document with your new address?
That sucks!!!
