I did this for me a couple years ago....

Take a clear plastic trash bag, cut holes the bottom to put his legs through. Then you can bring the top up and tie it over his shoulder so it stays on. Blow up a bunch of small balloons, like water balloons and put them inside the clear bag with him. Voila! A bag of jelly beans! You can write Jelly Belly on the front with a permanent marker too.

There's always the standby white sheet with eye holes cut to make a ghost.

You can do a scarecrow with an old pair of jeans, flannel shirt, & straw hat. Put some extra stuffing in around him with quilt batting. Then put a little straw around his wrists and ankles.

He could be a clown with a silly wig, painted face and any type of silly clothing.
