Well I have no idea how you chop a tail off... but I have never seen a vet in our pet smrt and I am in there all the time... They have trainers for classes.... We live on the cape. Not much big store shopping around here. I drive an hour to petsmart and the mall.... So this might be a smaller pet smart then most??? I have no idea.
