WHen she came to get her dog that first time they lied and they said it wasn't done yet! They didn't TELL HER THAT IT WAS ON A BIKE ON THE WAY TO THE VET! Would you DIE!!!! I would have killed them!!!! Poor little baby hurting and bleeding on a BIKE bummping and boucing around in a basket to the vet. YIKES!!! And to think I used to go to pet smart!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!  |
OMG that is terrible! Actually I even find it really hard to believe. Is this lady a reliable source? Also, don't all petsmarts have a vet onsite? Either way, that is terrible. Poor puppy
I would definitly file a lawsuit.
