I know this woman who took her baby Small dog(Not a Yorkie) to pet smart for grooming....and then went shopping. When she got back they said they needed more time because she wasn't done... My friend thought it was odd but went back out and when she came back the dog had a big bandage on it's tail... They had CHOPPED OFF THE TAIL!!!!! AND THEN.... had a staff worker put this poor thing in a BIKE BASKET AND THEN.... bike it off to the vet. ( We have a lot of foreigners that ride bikes because they don't own cars)
WHen she came to get her dog that first time they lied and they said it wasn't done yet! They didn't TELL HER THAT IT WAS ON A BIKE ON THE WAY TO THE VET! Would you DIE!!!! I would have killed them!!!! Poor little baby hurting and bleeding on a BIKE bummping and boucing around in a basket to the vet. YIKES!!! And to think I used to go to pet smart!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
