The day you bring him home and possibly the following day he likely won't feel like doing too much of anything anyways - he will likely be quite tired and sleep quite a bit. It's really difficult to stop these little guys when they're wanting to play. If I remember correctly, I don't think he is supposed to spend a great deal of time outside anyways until his incision heals up (to prevent infection) - someone correct me if I'm wrong here...

Maybe have things to keep him occupied that don't require running/jumping around - like a Kong filled with healthy treats or a bullystick or pigsear to chew on.

Just keep an eye on his incision - watch for any redness, irritation, bleeding, or other signs of infection. Watch that he is not licking his incision! This will also cause infection. I wouldn't worry too much about the stitches simply pulling out - I think he'd have to be some pretty rigorous activity in order for that to happen.
