missing link seems to have the opposite effect on cash. I free feed and he finishes what's in his bowl like every three days so i would just put half a tbsp of it and mix it in his food and he has gained .4lbs in two weeks and he poops like a maniac. I'm contantly picking up poop like 3-4 times a day (solid poop) i neglected to read the instructions carefully so i didn't do the gradual introduction but he was fine on it and by the time i realized i was supposed to introuce it gradually he had already gotten used to it but isn't fiber suposed to make you go? maybe you could try some pumpkin to make him go? or as someone suggested from a previous post the matchstick maneuver?
