Well it really doesn't matter who pays for it as we plan on getting married, but if by some small chance we broke up he would never take the dog
as he wouldn't have the slightest clue as to how to care for him. He was not an animal person until he started dating me and I converted him
So I'm not worried.But he would be getting the puppy for me as a valentines gift, HOPEFULLY
I could pick the name but I want him to feel involved.
